New Jersey patients just returning from a hospital stay or those with chronic diseases often find themselves needing care in the home with daily activities. Accredited Health Services provides Certified Home Health Aides, including live in care, to assist those with illness, injury or disability so that they can stay living independently at home.

Many patients come to us when they need help with bathing, toileting and dressing, but we also provide many other services to benefit our clients. Families can choose hourly or live in services for their loved ones, and our duties can include meal preparation, shopping and housekeeping as well. Whatever medical or personal needs a patient has, we offer the friendly staff to take care of patients as if they were family.

Our aides are certified by the New Jersey Board of Nursing, and each home health care team consists of a Registered Nurse and caregiver. The RN serves as Case Manager to ensure that a plan of care is developed to meet each individual patient’s needs and also to communicate with family members about patient health status and any observance made while the caregiver is providing care in the home.

Accredited Health Services provides home health care to people of all ages from young to old, even hospice care in NJ. Some patients need temporary help after recovering from surgery while others need complete live in care due to neurological reasons, oncology or hospice. Even pregnant mothers can benefit from a Certified Home Health Aide’s assistance when put on bed rest or after delivery to allow new mothers the extra help needed when first arriving home.

No duty is too big or small, and our reputation in the New Jersey communities we serve is unparalleled. We work to provide all our families with excellent quality care as they transition to home. Give us a call today to learn more about our private duty home care services.
