Services
As a licensed homecare organization, Accredited Health Services takes homecare seriously. Our commitment to quality care is reflected in the training we provide our caregivers, who receive specialized training in a number of areas of care, including, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Diabetes, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Hospice Care. In fact, we are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care, the highest seal of approval in the state of New Jersey.
Our homecare team, including Registered Nurse Case Managers and potential caregivers, meet with family members prior to initiating service to familiarize ourselves with the patient and then develops a customized plan of care tailored to each individual patient’s needs. This plan is routinely reviewed and revised periodically as the need arises.
